BioThane® is a synthetic material made from a polyester webbing coated with a TPU or PVC coating. It is known for its durability, flexibility, strength, waterproofness and ease of maintenance. These characteristics along with its many colours, make it a great alternative compared to standard leather when it comes to making dog collars and leads.

All orders are handmade to the specifications stated on your order, therefore we can not guarantee that it will always be possible to make amendments especially if production has already begun for your order. To allow time for products to be made we aim to have orders dispatched within 2 weeks of them being placed. If for any reason we cannot meet this timeline, we will be in touch with you to let you know. Regarding delivery, all orders are sent through An Post with a standard delivery time within Ireland of 2-7 business days. Tracked express postage is also available with next-working-day delivery. For international orders, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks. Unfortunately, outside of our control, some delays may be experienced during busy periods. For BioThane®, paracord and rope products, we advise you to clean your items as needed with mild soap and warm water and allow them to air dry. Avoid submerging items in water for long periods and always rinse with fresh water after contact with salt water. In addition to this, avoid contact with insect repellents and other substances such as flea and worm treatments which may otherwise cause staining. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It is your responsibility to regularly check products before use and check for any signs of wear and tear that may be a potential safety concern to you or your dog.
