SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING & DISPATCH
To allow time for products to be made, we aim to have all orders processed and dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed. If for any reason we cannot meet this timeline, we will be in touch with you to let you know. However, once shipped, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
For shipping within Ireland (including both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland), all orders are sent with An Post.
The following options are available

Standard Post - €5.10 - delivery time of 2 - 7 business days.

Express Post - €10.00 - delivery time is next working day, includes tracking.
Please be aware that unfortunately beyond our control some delays can be experienced during busy periods. Furthermore, if you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order once it has been shipped please contact An Post directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
We are pleased to announce we now offer international shipping. All orders are sent through An Post with local postal services taking over once the order has entered its designated country. Please see the table below for more information on delivery times and shipping rates.
Please note we are not responsible for any import or customs charges that may arise during shipping. Additionally, delivery times may be subject to delays during busy periods, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier, however we are happy to assist with any inquiries wherever possible.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If upon arrival a product is faulty, or if it does not match your order specifications, please reach out to us at packandlead@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to discuss return and refund options. In this case, we will cover return postage but ask that you please return the item(s) to us in the original packaging.
Where items have gone missing or damage has been caused during shipping we ask that you please contact the courier directly, information of which will be provided in your order shipping confirmation email.
We do not offer returns or refunds on our custom-made products where you have changed your mind on colour, size or hardware. This is because each item is made specifically to the specifications stated and chosen at the time of placing your order.
We will also not offer refunds based on normal wear and tear, including but not limited to salt water corrosion, discolouration caused by chemical or cleaning substances, excessive pulling and/or daily use.
